Welcome to Shukokai Karate Association – Cadets

Our group lessons are run by Chief Instructor and Grading Officer David Garner at Murray Bridge on a Monday and Mypolonga on a Wednesday. Murray Bridge Wednesday sessions are run by Sensei John.
Shukokai Karate Association also have dedicated and experienced assistant instructors to lend a hand.

For children, school can sometimes be a challenging time, so by giving your children the gift of karate, it is a great way to enable and empower them in confrontational situations.

They will learn discipline and focus, will gain self confidence and with a regular fitness routine, will improve their mental and physical health.

SKA encourage and welcome parents to train with their children in our cadet session. Family karate training is a fun and enjoyable way to share a common interest, learn new skills and spend time together. Karate is also mentally and physically challenging, offering a great workout and teaches practical self-defence skills.

What a great way to participate in a regular family activity:

Our Syllabus is designed to be progressive in application where students will be examined in:

#Transitions #Applications #Kicks #Combinations #Kata #Kumite

Membership is for Shukokai Karate Association Cadets Mypolonga & Murray Bridge rather than the individual dojos. As such students are welcome to train at both the Mypolonga and Murray Bridge dojos.
